Canada Water has without doubt the best view of London of any site that we have worked so far. J S Wrights wanted to place all the ventilation works onsite with one contractor. AV UNIBRAK's ability to carryout the supply, installation and commissioning of both domestic and commercial works onsite was a contributing factor in awarding us the contract. We didn’t failed to deliver. The supply and installation of 200 MVHR systems, 34 MEV systems on the domestic side was complemented by the installation of over 300m of fabricated ductwork to the car park area. These served multiple bin stores, cleaners cupboards and provided fresh air from above to complement the smoke extract. We also supplied and installed the 3 Phase Fire Rated Fan with ductwork and flue to the Generator room. Going the extra mile when the motor was burnt out due to incorrect phasing by arranging a swift removal and re- winding and wiring to enable handover.
